Obituary For Earnest Gene Johnson

Earnest Gene Johnson was born December 10, 1956, in Richland, Georgia, to the proud parents Charles and Mable Littlejohn (both preceded him in death).

Peewee accepted Christ at an early age was Baptized.

Peewee attended Coleman Elementary School and Dunbar Vocational High School.

Peewee was married to his wife June, whom preceded him in death a few months earlier. They resided in South Bend, IN until their passing.

Peewee had many careers in life. He worked for many years at Little Brother of the Poor, for the Elderly. Peewee also, worked at Hillel Torah School. Peewee later retired.

Peewee had an Art for Steppin, he was aka "Fred Astaire". Steppin was his Pride and Joy. Fred Astaire would step all night without missing a beat. Fred Astaire have won many Steppin contest throughout his life.

On Wednesday June 4, 2025, God called Peewee home.

Peewee leaves to cherish fond memories: stepsons, Michael, Richard and Robert (Michelle); loving sisters, Janice, Denise, Charlene (Hakim), Mai-Ling, Pamela and
Marnette (Mark); loving brother, Charles Jr.; sisters- in- law, Lee (Lance) and Chelsia (Wayne); brothers-in-law, Robert and Hakim (Niecy);16 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
