To my beautiful brother ! . It has taken me 3 years to accept your passing and to view this site. We have lost two siblings sense your passing. And I still struggle the most with losing you. Perhaps because we were only 13 months apart, Our shared secrets, or we didn't get to say goodbye. We told everyone that we were twins and we both truly believed we were spiritually connected before birth.. Therefore, Saying goodbye to you,, I will never do ! However, three years later. I have gotten the courage to say SEE YOU LATER ALLIGATOR, AND AFTER AWHILE CROGODILE. I Love you and Miss you so much! Tweety Bird

We have so so many great memories of this amazing God fearing man! Gent was like a big brother to my entire family, so many great memories but what stands out to me is that Gent always had an encouraging word for you! Along with that infectious warm smile he lit any room he entered! Heaven has truly received an angel that will forever be missed by all. May the good Lord continue to cover his entire family in this difficult time. Love the NORMAN family.

My memory of Gentri , when I first meet him was at a Redmond Family Reunion. I think he had just graduated from high school and he greeted me with the "Million Dollar smile" that he shared with everyone that he meet. He was a huge Youngman in statue but a "Gentle Giant", I also remember him being one of the best multisport athletics that I had seen. A memory shared besides his kindness and respect for everyone was Gentri hitting a 16 inch softball well over 350+ feet, not just once but about 6 times in a row and he made it look effortlessly, most people can't hit a baseball that far less long a softball. He also threw a football over 65-70 yards accurately. If you really knew Gentri you also knew Candy, the love shared was genuine! My love, prayers and respect goes out to the entire Gale Family, I know God will continue to Bless and keep you safe. Rest in Peace "Gentle Giant" till we meet again Kevin Williams, Sr.

As I reflect on our lives, I think about our great loves football, family and faith. Not necessarily in that order. Our friendship spanned from childhood through adulthood from grammar school to college. You had a jest for life and you lived life to the fullest. Our friendship broadened when you became a member of the Harper Football Family. Muncie, Julius and I reminisced about the good times. Reflections of your sense of humor and your love for wings and burgers always makes us laugh. You were a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Candy and you raised some amazing children. You've left an indelible impression on the world. I am grateful to call you my friend. Rest well! Love always, Coach Maris Carroll

My deepest sympathy to the Gale family for your loss of such a mighty man of God. I have been friends with Gentri's sister Demetria for over 4 decades and the beauty of this is that I witnessed Gentri love, respect, and honor both his childhood and matrimony families until he went home to be with the Lord. What a great legacy he has left behind by demonstrating the importance of God's love and family.

First and foremost my deepest condolences to Gale family I'm truly sorry for your loss. I first met Gent on a movie set filming Wildcats and I was in awe of his athletic abilities and how genuine he was. Fortunately for our football program he transferred from Trinton to Thornton and played QB for us.. He was the type of teammate / friend that you always look forward to seeing and be around. That smile and laugh made everything seem alright. Love you and miss you. James McKinley

One of the kindest and upstanding men you will ever meet. I didn't have a father, but I recognized as a teenager that he was a father figure and he was very knowledgeable. One day, I had a very important interview and I wanted to dress for success and it was one thing I was missing and that was knowing how to tie a tie. Mr. Gale was kind enough to show me and to this day, I never forgot. Then years later, the person who hired me told me that the tie was the reason why I was hired. So thank you and rest easy Mr. Gale. ~ Terrance

Although I never really got to know Mr. Gale, I feel like I knew him through the story's his oldest son Gentri would share. There is no doubt he was a man of God, and now he can delight himself in the presence and glory of God. Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who greatly delights in his commandments! His offspring will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever. Psalm 112: 1-3 Aguado-Falla Family

My nephew was a great man of God!!! His smile would light up a room and you too. He had this God-given ability to make you feel so special. He loved his family and have raised some phenomenal children whose outstanding character is not seen to offen in this generation!!! I will miss our talks but I know I see him again as the scriptures declares to be absent from body is to be present with the Lord for those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord!!!

Gentri, We are very saddened about your passing. I have known you 45 years of your life here on earth. I have been your brother in law for 41 of those years. I was in college when we met, and you told me you want to play football like me. We started working out and you began to follow and keep up with me. You developed that throwing arm and tried to see if I could catch your passes. Throughout the years we have shared food, fun and laughs. I will truly miss you as the little brother I never had. My entire family will always love you. Tearfully submitted, Charley, DeDe, Charisma, Sariya, ZaZa and LaLa

May God continue to Bless you and your Family. I remember watching Gentri and Ron play football. It was like a well choreographed musical. The only concern was that nobody except Ron could catch his rocket passes. Gentri wasn't going to change his skill set to play down to others lack of concentration or focus. I love you and appreciate your truth.
