Obituaries

I went to boot camp with Harley, it's where I first met him. Harley was our company flag barrier. He would always be looking down that our company commander would have to pull his cap over his eyes in order for him to hold his head up. We were also stationed together on the USS McKee AS-41 Point Loma California. We were really good friends. Harley always talked about want to be a cosmologist. He kept his fingernails long and hair permed, no matter how much trouble it cost him. What I remember most was his smile and soulful laugh that came from his very being. I haven't seen or talk to him in over 35 years. But to hear of his passing hurts my soul. Rest In Peace my Brother, and Condolences to his family. Reginald Chase.
