Obituary For James Smith Jr

JAMES was born to the union of James and Luebertha Smith on July 7, 1943, in Chicago,
Illinois.
JAMES attended and graduated from Parker High School on June 9,1961.
JAMES pursued his passion in music in High School and he thought he was the King and
Inventor of putting the W (Winner) in playing the Bid Whist card game.
JAMES married Marie Sheldon and to this union, seven children were born. As well as a
daughter who resides in Chicago.
JAMES lived in Lexington Nebraska for twenty years. He obtained employment at Tyson
Meat Company until he retired.
JAMES joined Parkview Baptist Church in Nebraska where he confessed his life to God.
JAMES loved his family and children. He also loved to dance, play bid whist card game,
cook, and listen to his music.
JAMES father; James Smith, mother; LueBertha Smith, wife; Marie Sheldon, son; James;
brothers; R.D. Jones, Robert Lee, John Edward, and Sylvester, sisters; Maudester and
Bertha Jean preceded him in death.
JAMES leaves to cherish his memory, one sister; Rosemary Bankston of Calumet City,
Illinois, seven children; Frank, Gregory, Rosemary, Sirenna, Gwen, Tawanna, and Latrese;
twelve grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
