I just heard the news of the passing of Jones. Jones and I were in the Marines together stationed on Camp Del Mar in Camp Pendelton. Oh the memories I have of Jones on the base that I could share for days. I have a permanent scare on my lip from when Jones punched me in the lip one night (a wild one indeed). Jones was always a squared away Marine that simply loved people and would always give a helping hand when needed. Family be proud of LCPL Jones as he served the country and his community with pride.
