    To Claudette and the entire Hatley family, Joe was a special man. He had such a sweet and kind soul and will be truly missed. You have all been blessed to have him in your midst for all these years. He and I would always have such a good time together when we met up at the many Bell Family reunions.     To my Dearest Uncle... It's hard to put together these words because the tears are meeting at my chin. You've taught and showed all your Nephews love and the aspect of Family being there for one another.     I'm going to miss you Joe. It's hurts just writing this because for 25 years you were my role model. I don't think I ever told you that but you inspired me to be a better man. I looked forward to our bowling sessions and loved to watch you. Just know that your son in law will always be there to take care of dear (Claudette) and your baby girl Laquita. Love and miss you !
