Uncle Joseph, I will miss you more than words can describe. I am so heartbroken and we will all miss you forever. Thank you for the encouragement and love that you have provided me with for 24 years, unconditionally. Rest well.

My first memories of Craig were when he was a student at Tougaloo. He would always stop by our house on Saturday nights, exactly at the time when mama was washing my hair. I always looked forward to his visits, as I did as we grew older. Always kind and giving, I will never forget his love for his family. My love and prayers are with you Kayla and family.

Craig, my cousin, would visit/travel to Birmingham every summer and Christmas with his brother, Vernon and Dad. They both would stay with me (my family). Craig was always super silly. We enjoyed many laughs and meals I tested on him being a teenager myself. We both pursued and retired from law enforcement. I often tried to recruit him for federal service but he declined because he loved Chicago and being a cyber investigator. I will always remember him affectionately calling me cousin. Love him! My love, prayers, and condolences to his family. I'm sorry we've never met.
