    Nikisha was the sweetest, kindest person you could ever meet. Always smiling and one of the most friendly people you could ever meet. Truly beautiful inside and out. Growing up, you always think you'll live forever and we know that God has a plan for us all. My heart goes out to your children, your family, and all of your friends who benefited from your love and kindness since we were children ourselves. If more people had your warmth and energy, the world would be a better, kinder place. I haven't seen you since the 2000's and I have some hilarious memories that I will cherish. I can only hope and pray your memories will last a lifetime for your children and closest friends, your mother and father, your husband. Blessings to all of those who have crossed your path because they benefited from a true angel on this Earth. God keep her family. Keep her children. Keep her husband. With complete sincerity.     To my bonus Niece Kisha, This is still unbelievable, Life has a way of throwing a monkey wrench into your plans. I often think back to the days when you, my niece Pat, and a whole group of friends would somehow always find yourselves in trouble together. No matter what happened or where the day took you all, somehow everyone ended up back at my parents' house on 147th Street. That house became the place where you all would regroup, laugh, talk things out, and then head back out for round two. Looking back now, I realize how special that bond was. No matter what life brought your way, you all faced it together. Through the chaos, the fun, and even the trouble, there was always a sense of loyalty and friendship that kept you connected. I remember when you were born and watching you grow up playing with the other children. Then to see you as an adult all the picnics in Washington Park.
