Casper you brought sunshine to the world for many years. Many of us didn't know you personally but when we heard your voice or your songs our beings overcame with a sense of joy and movement. I soon came to know you a tinch more personally through the union of marrying my friend and birthday twin Mrs Kimberly Bradshaw-Perry. And even in that y'all connection and relationship spoke unspeakable JOY and you two were a joy to watch. You my brother are already missed tremendously and I hope my sister is comforted in knowing that you have resumed your earthly assignment in heaven spreading much JOY 🥰 I wish you Sweet Sleep Casper job extremely well done ♥️ My heartfelt and sincere condolences to his wife, family and framily (friends) during this difficult time. We had a passion for skating and when you were too young to drive I always had a seat in my car for you. We would talk about life goals as I help you navigate your life. I saw you grow into a fine young man. As I reflect on your journey I am proud of the man you had become. Success couldn't have happened to a better person. I have great memories of our time spent together. God makes no mistakes.

My condolences to Mrs Kimberly Bradshaw Perry and the entire Perry Family. Casper was a great friend to my husband Dr Benton Cook III and myself. We especially remember how Casper came to our Mother's 90th Birthday celebration, just this past December 2022 in Florida. He pushed himself to celebrate with us. We love you Casper Rest In the arms of the Lord.

Big Papa is what I call him, has been a part of my life for 34 years. He took me under his wing as a stepper, original Cha Cha dance (from the beginning to present) and pantomime artist.
